Beware of rain and slippery roads. How to drive safely in such conditions?

Did you know?
When it first starts to rain and the road is still damp, it’s actually the most slippery time. Rain mixes with dust and dirt on the road surface, forming a thin, muddy layer that significantly reduces traction and increases the risk of losing control.

Safety Tips:

  • Turn on your headlights to improve visibility
  • Keep a greater distance from the vehicle ahead
  • Reduce your speed — stay under 60 km/h
⚠️ Caution! Avoid speeding when it’s raining. Driving too fast can cause your car to hydroplane, lose grip, and become difficult to control.
