Purchase the RES service.

You can purchase CWC’s RES service through the following channels:

Main services terms and conditions

  1. We reserve the right to refuse service for modified vehicles, pickup trucks, all types of racing vehicles, and commercial vehicles.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse service for member vehicles that are disabled due to accidents, disasters, natural calamities, or in areas affected by civil unrest, in all cases.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse service for member vehicles if they are in the process of using service centers or garages ( in case member needs vehicle transferring ).
  4. We reserve the right to refuse on-site service in mountainous areas, on hills, and on all islands (except Phuket), but wewill continue to  provide assistance and coordination to members with additional fees accordingly.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse service in the three border provinces of Southern Thailand (Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat), but we will continue to provide assistance and coordination to members with additional fees accordingly.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse service for recurring assistance requests that result from the member’s failure to repair or fix the vehicle.
  7. Member coverage will commence within 48 hours after the company receives the membership application and payment confirmation.
  8. The company will use the member’s registered address as the official registration point for accessing the benefitsaccording to various terms and conditions.
  9. Service details will be provided according to the terms and conditions set by the company.
  10. Reserved the right to refuse service to Members who are under the influence of any Intoxicants.
  11. The cost of the use of more than 2 Serviceperson or Vehicles and Additional Tools are not covered under Emergency Roadside Service. The service cost of previously mentioned service will be responsible by the Member.
  12. The Company reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

The service is available throughout Thailand in 73 provinces. However, it is only available in the three southern border provinces (Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat) and in hilly, mountainous, and island areas across the country (except for Phuket). Still, members can contact and communicate with the service.
