Membership Fee: 5,500 Baht / 2 Years
The emergency assistance benefits for VIP Member Package are as follows:

  • 24 hours roadside emergency service:
    We provide unlimited roadside emergency assistance throughout Thailand. This includes services such as flat tires, vehicle jump-start, battery replacement, overheating, and more. The company offers assistance to members free of charge, except for additional expenses incurred for any necessary replacement parts. Members are responsible for these expenses.
  • Emergency towing service with unlimited usage:
    The first 30 kilometers are free of charge. If the distance exceeds 30 kilometers, the company will charge an additional fee of 25 baht per kilometer. Members are responsible for this additional cost. (Distance measurement by Google Maps)
  • Special assistance service for battery jump-starting:
    In cases where the jump-start is unsuccessful within the member’s residential area and towing service is required, the member will be responsible for the costs.
  • Free battery replacement service at the breakdown:
    The member is responsible for the cost of the battery. This service is available only in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area and its vicinity.
  • Emergency fuel delivery service:
    Up to 5 liters for free in the event of running out of fuel during the journey. This benefit is limited to one incident per year. The distance from the member’s location where fuel runs out must not exceed 20 kilometers, based on the registered address provided to the company (distance measurement by Google Maps). If another fuel-out incident occurs within the same year, the member will be responsible for the associated costs.
  • Free vehicle delivery service:
    To the member’s residence or free emergency medical transportation service under the following conditions:
    A) Vehicle delivery service to the member’s residence in the event of illness or accident requiring immediate treatment that renders members unable to drive. The company will arrange for a driver or vehicle transport service to send  member’s vehicle back to their registered residential address, within a distance not exceeding 200 kilometers based on the registered address provided to the company (distance measurement by Google Maps). This service is available only once per incident.
    B) Emergency medical transportation service for transferring patients from accidents and returning them to their residence. In the event of illness or accident during the journey, the company will assist and bear the transportation costs under the following conditions:
    – From the breakdown location within a distance not exceeding 200 kilometers from the registered address, the company will cover expenses up to 1,000 Baht.
    – From the breakdown location outside the area within a distance of more than 200 kilometers from the registered address, the company will cover expenses up to 2,000 Baht.
    Note: For item 6, the member can choose only one option (A or B) for each incident, limited to once per year.
  • Assistance with transportation expenses:
    During the journey, limited to 300 Baht and valid for one incident per year. This benefit is provided when CWC service personnel are unable to repair or resolve the issue at the breakdown location, and towing service is necessary. The distance from the breakdown location must not exceed 200 kilometers, based on the registered address provided to the company (distance measurement by Google Maps).
  • Convenience services:
    Provided as needed outside the coverage area in case of emergency:
    A) Free car rental service if the CWC service personnel are unable to repair the member’s vehicle within the same day. The member will receive a one-day car rental worth 1,500 Baht, provided that the distance exceeds 200 kilometers from the registered location with the company.
    B) Free one-night hotel accommodation in the event of a breakdown outside the registered location, which is more than 200 kilometers away, and if the member’s vehicle cannot be repaired or resolved on the same day. CWC is pleased to offer complimentary hotel accommodation, up to a value of 1,500 Baht. The member can later submit the receipt from the hotel to the company for reimbursement.
    C) Free economy class flight tickets for returning to the member’s residence if the member’s vehicle breaks down more than 200 kilometers away from the registered location, and if the vehicle cannot be repaired or resolved on the same day. The member is entitled to two tickets with a maximum value of 3,000 Baht.
    Note: For item 8, the member can choose only one option (A, B, or C) for each incident.

 

Main services terms and conditions

  1. We reserve the right to refuse service for modified vehicles, pickup trucks, all types of racing vehicles, and commercial vehicles.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse service for member vehicles that are disabled due to accidents, disasters, natural calamities, or in areas affected by civil unrest, in all cases.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse service for member vehicles if they are in the process of using service centers or garages ( in case member needs vehicle transferring ).
  4. We reserve the right to refuse on-site service in mountainous areas, on hills, and on all islands (except Phuket), but we will continue to  provide assistance and coordination to members with additional fees accordingly.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse service in the three border provinces of Southern Thailand (Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat), but we will continue to provide assistance and coordination to members with additional fees accordingly.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse service for recurring assistance requests that result from the member’s failure to repair or fix the vehicle.
  7. Member coverage will commence within 48 hours after the company receives the membership application and payment confirmation.
  8. The company will use the member’s registered address as the official registration point for accessing the benefits            according to various terms and conditions.
  9. Service details will be provided according to the terms and conditions set by the company.
  10. Reserved the right to refuse service to Members who are under the influence of any Intoxicants.
  11. The cost of the use of more than 2 Serviceperson or Vehicles and Additional Tools are not covered under Emergency Roadside Service. The service cost of previously mentioned service will be responsible by the Member.
  12.  The Company reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
