5 Risky Spots to Avoid Parking During a Storm!

Billboards and Advertisement Signs – There’s no way to know how stable or durable these signs are, whether large or small. Strong winds could cause materials to fall or the structure to collapse onto your car.
Under Large Trees – Dangerous! Strong winds during a storm can break branches that may fall and damage your car—dents, scratches, broken windows—or even cause the entire tree to topple.
Near Utility Poles – During thunderstorms with high winds, power lines may snap and fall onto parked vehicles, potentially causing electric shock hazards.
Low-Lying Areas and Near Drainage Systems – Avoid parking near or above storm drains. In heavy rain, water from higher ground may flow into these areas, causing potential flooding.
Construction Sites – The height of buildings and cranes poses a risk during high winds, which can cause construction materials to fall onto vehicles parked nearby.

Drive safely during storms, thunderstorms, and strong winds. Be extra cautious when driving or parking.
